Producers of:

We produce marinated olives and tapinades. All our olives are grown and fully processed in the Hunter Valley without the use of caustic. We have up to twelve different varieties of olives (eg. Kalamata, Manzanilla, Verdale, etc..). We also sell a variety of our own pickles, chutneys, vinegars, jams, mustards & local honey.
