Access to our farm is limited to 4wd vehicles due to steep, deep creek crossings and poorly formed roads. Please phone us to book a farm tour etc as we do cater for walkers and small groups.

We are proud producers of the following gourmet foods:

Ø      A variety of  JAMS,   MARMALADES  &  JELLIES (including rosella jam).

Ø      Lemon/Lime and Passion fruit  BUTTERS.

Ø      CHOCOLATE  TRUFFLES are made using our own fruit concentrates & quality chocolate.

Ø      CANDIED CITRUS PEEL dipped in chocolate are also available.

Ø      Our ROCKY ROAD is made with macadamia nuts mini marshmallows and real glace cherries, voted the best by the Rocky Road connoisseur!

Ø      FRUIT PASTE (cheese) is made from  our strawberry guavas.

Ø      A LIME CORDIAL (also used as a marinade, made from lime juice & sugar).

Ø      Cherry Guava and Rosella cordials are also available at times.

Tree ripened fruit is harvested and processed the same day :

Ø    Ensuring our preserves have a natural fruit flavour.

Ø       Short cooking  times and small batches preserve fruit aromas.                                                                                                                                              

Our philosophy is to grow  a wide variety of unusual food  plants:

Ø      in a sustainable and safe environment.

Ø       Our orchard, on the North shore of Port Stephens is on virgin land well away from any source of pollution.

Ø       Organic fertilizers are our mainstay and pests are controlled using low environmental impact methods and biological  control.

Available from:  We sell locally through Alana’s Gifts, Hawks Nest and Tillerman’s Restaurant Tea Gardens.
                           Campbell’s store at Morpeth and Paterson Country Café also stock some of our products.
                           The third Saturday of the month finds us at the local market at Tea Gardens.
